Designed by Ron Rea, Etouffée’s club-like look features African-American art and two incredible bars. The venue has live jazz and dancing on the weekends. The dance floor features "a ring of fire."

The house brewed beers at Etouffée are created by Brewmaster Marty Rapnicki. This gorgeous brewing facility is on the second floor of the restaurant.
